prints were it, the selection I made had included a book and unfortunetly this did not come through. This was after ordering the same getting all, the study book,blueprints and dvd. Only to find the chapter questions missing. A dissapointment. Would have liked to hade a phone number to call and verify content prior to order. THe only other recomendation is order your books a month in advance at least to resolve a
