Parkour is a great way to stay in shape because it works all the muscles and requires a great deal of endurance, balance and flexibility. It's about 35 pages including the covers and the index which for some reason exists at both the beginning and end of the book. HOWEVER, this book is an excellent little package full of useful knowledge. Each page or so contains instructions for one move, jump, climb, etc. along with hand drawn illustration(s).
