GOOD INTRO TO CREATINE Peter Uys This is an excellent introduction to the benefits of creatine for the lay reader. It answers all the important questions and sets guidelines. I certainly felt much safer taking creatine after I had read it. There are helpful columns on the necessary amounts, based on your weight and the intensity of your work-outs. I can also recommend Sahelian's books on Pregnenolone and DHEA.. Sheryle Griffiths said Excellent. Found this book to be in excellent condition, delivery to Australia from USA was fast and found to be problem free.
