poor quality assurance I purchased the book for my daughters book report. It arrived damaged with a slice into the hardback cover into a few pages. She enjoyed the book. I was frustrated paying $35 for a short biography that had permanent damage. Amazon said it had to be returned in new condition. All the other book stores in town didnt have it in stock. My daughter needed to read the book right away so we chose to keep the damaged book. First bad experience ive had with amazon.
