Don't buy - get the electronic version instead The entire MPEP is freely available as a downloadable and searchable PDF (broken into separate files by section) from the USPTO web site. Moreover, there is a very useful query page for performing searches of the MPEP on the same site as well. Also note, during the patent bar exam, access to the MPEP will be limited to an electronic version. Don’t buy. Not worth the money and not helpful.
